活塞移动距离和测量起始位置对聚乙烯树脂熔体流动速率测量结果的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以不同熔体流动速率的聚乙烯树脂为样本,通过试验考察了B法(直接测量熔体体积流动速率的方法)测量熔体流动速率时,活塞移动距离和测量起始位置对测量结果的影响。结果表明:不同仪器在相同活塞移动距离下,测量起始位置越接近,测量结果差异越小;同一仪器随着熔体流动速率的增大,测量结果随活塞移动距离变化而变化的趋势增大。该研究为熔体流动速率测量中活塞移动距离和测量起始位置的统一提供了依据。 In order to determine the effect of piston travel and piston starting position on the measurement results of polyethylene melt flow rate, different polyethylene resin samples with varying melt flow rates were tested in experiment with procedure B (automaticaIly timed flow rate measurement). The results showed that, under the same piston travel, the closer the starting position by different instrument, the similar the measurement results; by the same instrument, the effect of piston travel on measurement result increased with the increase of melt flow rate. The research results provided the basis for the unity of piston travel distance and starting position in the melt flow rate measurement.
