摘要
通过宏观检验、化学成分分析和金相检验等方法分析了40Mn2钢支撑辊淬火开裂的原因。结果表明:不合理的淬火工艺是造成支撑辊淬火开裂的主要原因,原始组织粗大进一步加剧了淬火开裂。最后提出了相应的改进措施。
By means of macroscopic examination, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination and so on, the quenching cracking reason of back-up roll made with 40Mn2 steel was analyzed. The results showed that the unreasonable quenching process was main reason, and the coarse original microstructure accelerated quenching cracking. Finally, the improvement measures were put forward.
