摘要
应用高效液相色谱法测定了黄桃罐头中柠檬黄、苋菜红、靛蓝、胭脂红、日落黄、诱惑红、亮蓝和赤藓红等8种人工合成着色剂的含量。样品用乙醇-氨水-水溶液提取后,经Sep-Pak PlusQMA固相萃取柱净化处理,以甲醇和乙酸铵溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,经Inertsil ODS-3V(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱分离,用二极管阵列检测器检测。8种着色剂的质量浓度在0.1-20.0 mg·L^-1范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,测定下限(10S/N)在0.20-0.50 mg·kg^-1之间。方法对8种着色剂的平均回收率分别为柠檬黄94.3%-96.2%、苋菜红93.3%-99.6%、靛蓝77.9%-84.7%、胭脂红95.0%-101.0%、日落黄94.6%-103.0%、诱惑红94.1%-104.0%、亮蓝96.4%-104.0%、赤藓红85.9%-89.7%,相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于9.0%。
HPLC was applied to the determination of 8 synthetic colorants,including tartrazine,amaranth,indigotin,ponceau 4R,sunset yellow,allura red,brilliant blue and erythrosine,in canned yellow peach.The sample was extracted with aqueous ethanol-ammonia solution and the extract was purified on Sep-Pak Plus QMA SPE column.The eluate from the column was separated by gradient elution with methanol and ammonium acetate mixed solutions of different ratio on Inertsil ODS-3V(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column,and determined with diode array detector.Linear relationships between values of peak areas and mass concentrations of the 8 synthetic colorants were obtained in the range of 0.1-20.0 mg·L^-1,with their lower limits of determination(10S/N) in the range of 0.25 to 0.5 mg·kg-1.The values of average recovery of 8 synthetic colorants found were in the range of 94.3%-96.2% for tartrazine,93.3%-99.6% for amaranth,77.9%-84.7% for indigotine,95.0%-101.0% for ponceau 4R,94.6%-103.0% for sunset yellow,94.1%-104.0% for allura red,96.4%-104.0% for brilliant blue,85.9%-89.7% for erythrosine.The values of RSD′s(n=6) found were less than 9.0%.
