摘要
探讨以鲜奶为原料,几种因素对酸奶发酵的影响。主要从鲜奶中的抗生素、鲜奶中成分以及牛体本身应激反应等几个方面,初步研究通过对牛体健康状况的掌握、饲喂以及不同时期调整饲料中各种成分的配比,来减少鲜奶对酸奶发酵的影响。
To explore the fresh milk as raw material,several factors affect the fermentation of yogurt.Mainly from the milk of antibiotics,and bovine ingredients body itself several aspects such as stress response,a preliminary study on the health status of cattle to master body,feeding,as well as different periods of time to adjust the various components of the feed ratio,to reduce milk for yogurt fermentation.
