摘要
研究腈氯纶棉混纺织物阻燃性能和力学性能与混纺比之间的关系。设计了6种混纺比纱线并织成同一规格织物,通过垂直燃烧试验法和极限氧指数法测试分析织物的阻燃性能,并测试分析织物的拉仲断裂强力、撕破强力和顶破强力.研究结果表明:腈氯纶含量大于44%时,混纺织物极限氧指数大于27,并且混纺织物垂直燃烧测试达到了阻燃机织物阻燃性能B1级要求;腈氯纶含量在56%~7l%之间时,混纺织物拉伸断裂强力。
Relationships between modacrylic cotton blended fabric flame retardancy & mechanical property and blending ratio were studied. Blended yarns with six kinds of blending ratio were designed and same specification fabric was woven. Fabric flame retardancy were tested and analyzed by vertical burning method and limiting oxygen index meth- od. The fabric tensile breaking strength, tearing strength and bursting strength were tested and analyzed. The result shows when content of modacrylie is larger than 44% ,limiting oxygen index of blended fabric is larger than 27, woven fabric flame retardancy BI demand could be reached by vertical burning melhod. The lowest values of blended fabric tensile breaking strength,tearing strength and bursting strength would appear when content of modaerylie is in 56% to 71%.
