摘要 总结气相沉积技术在纺织行业中的应用情况。阐述了气相沉积技术的组成及分类,详细介绍了利用气相沉积技术制作高硬度膜机床刀具、100铬合金钢领、金刚石涂层转杯、类金刚石涂层转杯、镀铬异形筘筘齿、离子渗硫钢领等纺机配件以及高效宽频电磁屏蔽织物、防紫外线织物、防水透气织物、润湿性能良好的非织造织物等,指出气相沉积技术中发展较快的是多弧离子镀和非平衡磁控溅射技术,可应用在工具镀和表面装饰镀等,纺织行业应关注气相沉积技术和发展,合成各种高性能的纺织品。 Application of vapor deposition technology in textile industry was summed. Composition and classification of vapor deposition technology were introduced. The manufactures were introduced fully through vapor deposition technology i.e. high hardness film coating machine tool cutter, 100 chromium alloy ring traveler,diamond coating rotor, diamond-like coating rotor,chrome-plating profile reed dent,ion sulfurization ring traveler, high-effect and broadband e- lectromagnetic shielding fabrics, anti-ultraviolet fabric, waterproof breathable fabric, nonwoven fabric with better wetting property et al. Multi-arc ion plating and unbalanced magnetron sputtering are developed fast in vapor deposition technol- ogy and could be used in tool plating and surface decoration plating. Vapor deposition technology and its development should be paid attention to textile industry ,finally each high-performance textiles could be composed.
