脑啡肽对兔在体心肌缺血/再灌注的保护作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究选择性δ-阿片受体激动剂D-丙2,D-亮5-脑啡肽(DADLE)对兔在体心肌缺血再灌注损伤是否具有一定的保护作用,并对其发生的可能机制进行探讨。方法:成年家兔18只随机分为假手术对照组(C组)、缺血再灌注组(I/R组)、脑啡肽预处理组(D组),每组6只。分别于缺血前(T0)、缺血30min再灌注前(T1)、再灌注120min后(T2)收集静脉回流血,测定乳酸(LA)水平;再灌注120min后处死动物,取左心室前壁固定部位心肌组织,测定心肌组织钠-钾ATP酶活性;另取左心室固定部位心肌组织两块,分别用5%戊二醛固定,常规方法超薄切片,透射电子显微镜观察心肌超微结构及用福尔马林固定HE染色石蜡切片光学显微镜观察心肌显微结构改变,并用MCDS-2011图像分析系统进行分析。结果:T2时D组LA水平(8.423±1.213)pg/μL,明显低于I/R组(12.812±0.525)pg/μL(P<0.01)。D组心肌组织中钠-钾ATP酶活性好于I/R组(P<0.05)。光镜及电镜观察,D组心肌损伤程度明显减轻。结论:脑啡肽对心肌有一定的保护作用,在一定程度上能减轻心肌缺血再灌注损伤。
