摘要
本实验通过建立中鸡VitD缺乏和钙缺乏动物模型,测定其骨密度、骨矿含量、骨含钙量、骨宽、骨重、骨长及血生化,比较两种情况下骨生长情况,分析两种营养素对骨骼发育的影响,初步探讨其病理机制。结果示单纯钙缺乏、VitD缺乏组其骨密度、骨矿含量、骨含钙量、骨宽、骨长、骨重均低于正常组,以重度钙缺乏缺乏组降低尤为明显,各组软骨细胞排列无明显紊乱。结果表明VitD缺乏、钙缺乏均引起了中鸡骨骼发育障碍,以重度钙缺乏组最明显。这与我们研究的VitD缺乏、钙缺乏时雏鸡骨骼发育障碍的情况不同,提示骨发育不同阶段对钙缺乏和VitD缺乏的敏感性可能不同。
his study is to
observe the different mechanisms of bone growth disorders caused by vitamin D and calcium
deficiency. Our results showed that the bone densities , bone mineral and calcium contents , as
well as bone weights , lengths and widths were decreased , while serum alkaline phosphatase
levels and growth plate thickness increased in both calcium deficient and vitamin D deficient
chickens , bone disorder are more serious in calcium. deficient diet group (C group). These
studies demonstrated that calcium deficiency ant Vitamin D deficiency may induce
dismineralisation and osteoporsis in long bone. The seriousness of bore disorder are different
in elder chickens and young chickens. VitD deficiency can not canse chondrocytes cloumn
disorder in elder chickens , but it do in young chickens. Maybe the mechanisms of bone growth
disorder caused by vitamin D, calcium deficiency are different in different age of chickens
