彩色多普勒超声心动图评价糖尿病左室功能

Doppler echocardiographic evaluation of the left ventricular function indiabetes mellitus

本文对临床确诊并排除高血压，冠心病的３２例糖尿病患者，用脉冲多普勒超声心动图对部份指标进行对比分析，以评价左室功能并筛选适合于多普勒超声评价左室收缩及舒张功能的指标。结果表明最大血流速度（ＶＰ）糖尿病组与正常健康组对照，均值分别为６２．９２±１５．９７和９０．８７±７．１３，Ａ／Ｅ比值糖尿病组与正常健康组均值分别为０．９１５±０．２８８和０．６９２±０．１８３：Ａ峰加速度糖尿病组与正常健康对照，均值分别为８４．８８±８．２９和９７．００±７．１５。以上各组经统计学处理Ｐ＜０．０５具有统计学意义。上述各参数是提示糖尿病患者左室收缩和舒张功能受损，可同时观察多个指标联合评判诊断符合率较高，同时本文就糖尿病患者心功能异常的特点及其可能的机制进行了探讨。

Indexes of left ventricular diastolic and systolic function were measured by doppler echocardiography in 32 diabetic patients without clinical evidence of heart disease and the heatlthy control subjects.The results showed that VPdecreased in the diabetic patients comparing with that in the healthy control subjects (62.92 ±16.97 vs 90. 87±7.13 P<0.05) and AmAcc also decreased (84.88±8.29 vs 97.00±7.15 , P<0.05).These results suggest that the indexes of doppler echocardiography are accurate and sensitive in evaluation of the left ventricular function of diabetes mellitus, especially the united evaluation of various indexes
