伯克纳治疗鼻息肉切除术后的远期疗效分析

鼻息肉是耳鼻咽喉科常见病，多发病。目前最常用的治疗方法是手术切除，但术后极易复发。因此手术只能使患者有切肤之痛，而无根除之功。为减少病人手术之苦，延缓或控制鼻息肉复发，我科自１９９４年５月至１９９８年５月，用伯克纳（ｂｅｃｌｏｍｅｔｈａｓｏｎｅｄｉｐｒｏｎａｔｅＢＤＰ）治疗鼻息肉切除术后３８例，经４年随访观察，其复发率为１３．１５％比对照组（复发率为９７．２９％）差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）．为减少鼻息肉复发，找到了一条方便、无痛苦、有效的新的治疗途径。

The Nasal Polypas is a common and frepuently.occuring disease in otolaryngology. Surgical removal is commonly used treatment after operation. The operation would cause pain on patients and could not eradicate nasnl polyp completely .In order to avoid the pain and postpone or restrict the recurrence of nasal polyp , the brclomethaso dipropionate (BDP) was used in treatment of 38 cases after operation from 1994-1998. From 4 years follow - up study , we have found that the recurrence rate is 13.15% in treatment group Lut, 97.29% in control group. The difference is remerkably significent. It is concluded that is a convenient Painless and efficient way to decrease the recurrence of masal Polyp.
