医源性胆管损伤延误诊断3例回顾

Analysis of delay diagnosis in three cases of iatrogenic cholangic injuries

我科从１９８０－１９９６年施行单纯胆囊切除术共５０６８例，发生肝外胆道损伤６例，其中３例术中发现并及时处理，另３例分别于术后第１５个月、第２６天、第２１天证实。本文对延误诊断的原因及其教训进行了仔细分析。

imple cholecystectomy of 5068 cases were operated in our surgical unit from 1980 to 1996 and injury to the extrahapatic biliary system were found in 6 patients. Three of the 6 cases were recognized at the time during cholecystectomy and managed immediately. While the other three cases were verified seperately in the 15th month, the 26th and 21st day after operation. The reasons of misdiagnosis were carefully analyzed in this article
