摘要 产品内分工是企业网络分工的主要形式,它通过产品建构关系将不同企业联系在一起。产品内分工的发展为本土企业切入国际产业链提供了难得的历史性机遇,但也使本土企业面临着两种产品内分工陷阱。本文以马克思的劳动分工理论为分析工具,结合产品建构理论,探析本土企业陷入产品内分工陷阱的原因,并对两种理论的解释力进行了比较。最后,提出了本土企业避免落入产品内分工陷阱的对策和建议。 Intra- product specialization is the main form of firm network labor division. It links different firms through product construction relationship. The development of intra - product specialization provides rare historic opportunity for local firms to get access to international industrial chain. However, it also makes them to face the trap of two types of intra -product spe- cialization. Based on the analytical tool of Marxist labor division theory and combined with product construction theory, we explore the reasons why local firms tend to fall into the trap of intra -product specialization and compare the explanation power of two theories. Finally, we propose the countermeasures and suggestions for local firms to avoid the trap of intra - product specialization.
