摘要
作为服务单位,为了提高服务质量和企业知名度,增加市场占有率,稍大一点的公路运输企业一般都要建立国际通行的ISO9000质量管理体系,进入21世纪后更是如此。笔者所服务的公司于2002年建立了这个体系。
The author was one of main players engaged in planning and operation of the Quality Control System for road transportation industry. Based on 8 years experience, the author brought forward and analyzed a few of important issues in building quality control system and necessary solutions as well.
