基于“变蒸”理论的小儿体温节律性研究

Study on Infantile Temperature Rhythmicity Based on Theory of BianZheng

目的:观察婴儿在其发育过程中的体温变化,初步探讨其体温变化节律。方法:采取体温测量方法,对30例符合纳入标准的婴儿进行连续5个月的观察,运用现代时间生物学的节律分析技术分析小儿体温变化规律。结果:有8例婴儿的体温改变,经余弦法检验P<0.05,其变化呈月节律;有4例婴儿的体温改变,经余弦法检验0.05≤P≤0.15,其变化不具节律性,表现为以月为周期的波动;有18例婴儿在观测期间体温无明显变化。运用组余弦法分析30例婴儿连续5个月的测试体温,P=0.0511,其整体改变具有月节律变化趋势。结论:婴儿在其发育过程中的体温变化具有节律性表现。

Objective：To observe the body temperature variation in the development process of infant,and preliminarily discuss the temperature rhythms.Methods：30 infants which met the inclusion criteria had been taken temperature for five months,and the temperature variation was analysed by the rhythm analysis method of chronobiology.Result data was tested by the cosine law.Results：8 infants＇ body temperature were changed on lunar rhythm,P0.05;4 infants＇ body temperature were fluctuated by monthly cycle,0.05≤P≤0.15;there were 18 infants＇ body temperature without obvious change.30 infants＇ body temperature tended to had lunar thythm In the mass,P=0.0511.Conclusion：The body temperature variation in the development process of infant has biological thythm.
