醋炙蓬莪术和醋炙温莪术CO_2超临界萃取物的化学成分比较研究

Ingredients Comparison of Volatile Oils from Curcuma Phaeocaulis Vol. and Curcuma Wenyujin Y.H.Chen et C.Ling by Stir-heating with Rice Vinegar

目的:比较研究醋炙蓬莪术和醋炙温莪术CO2超临界萃取物的化学成分。方法:采用CO2超临界萃取法提取醋炙蓬莪术和醋炙温莪术的挥发油,用GC-MS法进行化学成分比较研究。结果:醋炙蓬莪术SFE提取物有71个化合物,醋炙温莪术SFE提取物有84个化合物,二者在相同的保留时间有44个相同的化合物,如1,8-桉树脑、樟脑、异龙脑、β-榄香烯、吉马烯-D、吉马烯-B、吉马酮、新莪术二酮、臭樟脑、γ-谷甾醇等。结论:醋炙蓬莪术和醋炙温莪术的挥发油成分有差异,其挥发油的化学成分值得研究。

Objective：To study the ingredients comparison of volatile oils from Curcuma phaeocaulis Val.and Curcuma wenyujin Y.H.Chen et C.Ling both by stir-heating with rice vinegar.Methods：Volatile oils were extracted by SFE,and were analyzed by GC-MS.Results：Volatile oils from Curcuma phaeocaulis Val.has seventy one ingredients and Curcuma wenyujin Y.H.Chen et C.Ling eighty four ingredients.There are forty four same ingredients between Curcuma phaeocaulis Val.and Curcuma wenyujin Y.H.Chen et C.Ling,such as 1,8-Cineole、Camphor、Isoborneo1、β-Elemene、Germacrene-D、Germacrene-B、Germacrone、Neocurdione、Naphthalene、γ-Sitosterol.Conclusions：The results indicated that there were great variations of ingredients between Curcuma phaeocaulis Val.and Curcuma wenyujin Y.H.Chen et C.Ling.
