迭鞘石斛的生药鉴别

Study on Pharmacognostic Identification of Dendrobinm Denneanum

目的:为鉴别和开发迭鞘石斛(Dendrobinm denneanum kerr.)提供参考依据。方法:运用性状、显微及薄层色谱的方法对该药材进行鉴别研究。结果:较为全面地报道了其性状、显微特征,供试品与迭鞘石斛对照药材在薄层色谱相应位置上,显相同颜色的荧光斑点。结论:研究结果可作为该药材的应用及其相关质量标准制定提供参考依据。

Objective：To provide reference for the identification and development of Dendrobinm denneanum（Dendrobinm denneanum kerr.）.Methods：Macroscopic,microscopic observation and TLC technique were used to authenticate this crude drug.Results：the macroscopic and microscopic characteristics were comprehensively reported,and the obtained TLC fluorescent speckles of Dendrobinm denneanum took an identical color at the corresponding positions of the controls.Conclusion：The results serve as evidence for the application and establishment of quality standards.
