高校档案的信息化建设与服务管理功能的关系初探

Study on the Relations between the Informationization Universities' Archive Administration with the Functions of Service Management

本文分析了建立与电子化管理方式相适宜的档案管理方法和手段的必要性,阐述了加强网络信息化建设以及实现档案资料的即时收集和信息资源的开发利用的重要性,并就加强档案队伍的现代化建设和提高档案服务质量提出了看法。

This paper analyzes the necessity of establishment and management of electronic recorded archives with appropriate methods and means,illustrates the importance of network construction and in-time achieves collection and also the importance of development and utilization of information resources.And at last the paper proposes some advice on strengthening the modernization of the staff who are working on archives and also on improving the quality of file services.
