差示紫外分光光度法测定培氟沙星片的含量

Determination of content of pefloxacin tablet by differential spectrophotometry

目的：建立差示光谱法测定培氟沙星片的含量，消除片剂中辅料的干扰。方法：在波长２８３ｎｍ处，以培氟沙星在０．０２ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１氢氧化钠溶液和０．０２ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１盐酸溶液中不同的紫外光谱，测得差示吸收值（△Ａ）为定量依据。结果：平均回收率为１００．１％，ＲＳＤ＝０．３８％。结论：方法简单、准确。

OBJECTIVE :To establish differential spectrophotometry method for determining pefloxacin tablet and to eliminate interference of excipient. METHODS :Determining A different ultraviolet spectrum of pefloxacin in 0.02 molL-1 NaOH and 0.02 molL-1 HCl,detector wave length,283nm. RESULTS :The recovery was 100.1%,RSD0.38%. CONCLUSIONS :The method is simple and accurate.
