摘要
应用GPPCR 技术对40 例宫颈癌活检组织进行HPV 感染的检测,发现有35 例为阳性( 阳性率为87% ),同时利用PCRSSCP(单纯DNA构象多态性)分析技术,对35 例HPV 阳性的宫颈癌组织进行P53 基因5 ~6外显子的检测,其突变率仅为2-85 %(1/35),而在5 例HPV 阴性的宫颈癌组织中未检测到P53 基因突变,结果表明:P53 基因的突变在宫颈癌的发生过程中不起主要作用,并且与HPV的感染无相关性。
We applied GP PCR(general primers PCR) to detecting HPV infection in 40 human cervical carcinoma.The postive rate was 87%(35/40).P53 gene 5~6 exon was detected in 35 HPV infection biopsytissues by PCR SSCP analysis.The mutation rate was only 2.85%(1/35).But P53 gene mutation was not detected in 5 human cervical carcinoma without HPV infection.The findings show P53 gene mutation doesn't play an important role in human cervical carcinoma and has no correlation with HPV infection.
