摘要
循环流化床锅炉因其燃料适应性广、负荷调节性强及环保性能优良等特性在我国得到了快速发展。经过短短的十几年,我国已是世界上装机数量最多、装机容量最大的国家。目前我国300 MWe级循环流化床锅炉机组已经投运13台,单机容量最大的330 MWe循环流化床锅炉机组正在调试中,在建与拟在建的300 MWe循环流化床锅炉机组还有约50台。调查了我国目前300 MWe循环流化床锅炉机组的运行现状,并对机组的可靠性、经济性以及环保性作了全面的总结,并分析了目前机组运行中所存在的问题。能够对今后更大型机组的设计运行提供有益的参考。
Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB) combustion technology is being developed rapidly in China because of its excellence in fuel flexibility, load turning and environmental protection. Within the short period of several years, China becomes the country with the largest number of CFB boilers and the biggest capacity of CFB boiler in the world. Now, there were 13 CFB boilers have dived into operating in China and the largest capability CFB boiler in China is debugging. About 50 CFB boilers in building or will be built in China . The investigation and analysis of 300 MWe CFB Unit operation in China is carried out in this paper. The results provide the beneficial reference to the CFB power plant design and its operation in the future.
