摘要
借助于箱式电阻炉、冲击试验机、扫描电镜、透射电镜和选区电子衍射等设备和仪器,试验和研究了NF709钢的时效冲击韧性和晶间腐蚀特性。试验结果显示,NF709钢有时效脆性和时效晶间腐蚀倾向,探讨了其形成的原因,并论述了这种特性对制造、运输、安装及大修过程的影响。
In this paper, impact toughness and intergranular corrosion properties of NF709 steels after aging were tested and analyzed by means of box-type furnace, impact testing machine, SEM, TEM and SAED. According to the result, brittleness and intergranular corro- sion tendency after aging were detected on NF709 steels. The reason for this characteristic was analyzed in this paper, and the affection on manufacturing, transporting, building and repairing was discussed.
