摘要
目的：观察激光探通和甲基纤维素注入对泪道阻塞性疾病的疗效。方法：应用Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ 激光，在特制的泪道探针的引导下，对阻塞部位进行击射，治疗功率１０ ～１５ Ｗ。结果：随访９６ 例１４２ 眼，经３ ～１２ 个月的疗效观察，治愈率达９５－４％ 。结论：使用激光疏通阻塞的泪道辅以甲基纤维作充填剂能提高治愈率。
Objective:To observe the effect of Nd:YAG laser and methylcellulose for lacrimal passage block.Methods Nd:YAG laser was used to hit the block,led by the special lacrimal probes.Reults:142 eyes of 96 patients were followed up for 3～12 months.The cure rate was 95.4%.Conclusion:It can raise the cure rate to dredge the blocked lacrimal passage by YAG laser with methylcellulose.
