摘要
调研了４６６ 例（ 男２３７ ，女２２９） 智齿拔除术与其年龄段和性别分布关系，结果发现不论男女性别，行下颌智齿拔除术在３０ 岁以前比例最高，而行上颌智齿拔除术在３１ ～４５ 岁年龄段比例最高；另下颌智齿多向近中倾斜阻生，上颌智齿易向颊侧错位生长，这与智齿生长的局部解剖生理结构有关。
cases (male 237,femal 229) were statistics studied on the wisdorn teeth extraction at the outpatient department.The results showed:the largest incidence is under 30 year old group on manidibular wisdom teeth extraction and the highest incidence in 31～45 ages group (above 40%) on maxillary,and there is not any difference in sexuality in any cases.On the other hand,it was also found that impaction is toward mesial location on manidibular wisdom teeth,and buccal location malposition on maxillary wisdom teeth.
