This article gives an overview of the planning and design of Xiangluowan Business District. It is the first project of the Yujiapu Business Center program in Binhai New Area,Tianjin.The designers have researched both into some most successful practices of business district around the world and special qualities of local culture and environment. Basing on the researches,they worked out a design guidelines for the program.Units of the program have been designed according to the guidelines.
