格调竹境项目的设计特色在于,根据"现代中式"住宅的命题,寻找与之相对应的空间句法,并以此作为逻辑起点,推演出具有中国意象和现代性的建筑空间和形式。文章以格调竹境为例,对近期"现代中式"风格的创作经验和创新思路进行品评与探究。

A remarkable feature of the Zhujing project is that the architects endeavored to look for a series of space syntax to form a＂Modern-Chinese＂house,and in order to make this the logical starting point,they have deduced architectural spaces and forms that are both modern and traditionally Chinese. Taking the project as an example,this article looks into the recent innovative ideas and practices in creating Modern-Chinese styled architecture.
