Three Fundamental Problems of Furniture Professional Training in Higher Vocational Education

高职类家具人才培养中的"三个根本问题"即培养什么样的家具人才、如何培养具有潜能的家具人才和谁来培养家具人才,在许多高职院校现实运作中尚没有真正意义上得以解决,一定程度上制约着高职类家具人才的培养。通过对家具人才培养类型认定、专业教学的设置要求和教师培养三个方面的研究分析,探讨提高高职类家具人才培养水平的方法及模式。

＂Three fundamental questions＂in furniture Vocational Training mean what kind of furniture professionals for training,how to cultivate the potential furniture professionals and who to train the furniture professionals.It is still not truly be solved in practical operation of many higher vocational colleges,and has restricted the training of furniture professionals.By analyzing the three issues include definition of training type of furniture professionals,the setting demands for teaching and the training of teacher,this paper discusses the ways and models to improve the level of training for furniture professionals.
