摘要
目的在摄影眼震图(VOG)中选择合适的视动性服震刺激条纹角速度。方法分别用6种不同的刺激条纹角速废对40名前庭功能正常的健康志愿者进行了视动性眼震检查。结果当刺激条纹速度为20°/s时,用VOG和传统眼震图(ENG)所得到的gain值分别为0.98和0.82,随着刺激条纹速度的增加,gain值下降,当刺激条纹速度超过50°/s时,gain值明显下降。结论在由德国SensoMotoric公司生产的摄影眼震图中,视动性眼震检查的最佳角度速度分别为20、35、50°/s。
Objective To study the target velocity of optokinetic test in normal subjects by means of videooculograPhy (VOG) .Methods VOG was considered to be more flexible tgan current electronystagmography (ENG). Optokinetic testwas one of most important and reliable tests with respect to the differential diagnsis between peripheral and central vestibulelesions. 40 persons had been examined with normal vestibule and visual function. Nystagmus elicited by whole field stimulation (stare, subcortical or foveroretinal OKN) were rrecorded with VOG and ENG with for different stimulating velocities. The gain(the correlation between eye velocity and target velocity) was analyzed as quantitative parameter. Results OKN gain withENG and VOG were 0.98 and 0.82 at 20°/s. Conclusion The suitable target for videooculography by SensoMotoric.Company are 20, 35 and 50°/s.
