辅助生殖中反复植入失败(recurrent implan-tation failure,RIF)的原因涉及所使用的促排卵药物方案、多种原因所致的内膜容受性的降低、胚胎的遗传或发育异常及移植技术的优劣等方面。临床医生在分析其失败原因时,必须充分了解胚胎成功植入的机理,找出对策,改善IVF结局。

The reasons for recurrent implantation failure （RIF） are complicated and related to ovulation stimulation protocol, decreased endometrial receptivity caused by multiple factors, abnomal genetics and development of embryos and level of embryo transfer technique, etc. Clinicians should fully understand the mechanism of successful embryo implantation when they do analysis on the causes of the failure in order to find countermeasures to improve IVF outcome.
