我国利用自贸区政策发挥其福利效应之策

On the Measures of Giving Full Play to Free Trade Area Welfare Effects through Free Trade Area Policy in China

随着多哈回合贸易谈判屡次陷入僵局,多边贸易自由化不断受阻,我国与世界上许多国家一样开始将自贸区的建设提升到战略层面。本文对我国近年来所建设的自贸区进行了梳理,从理论和实际两个层面分析了自由贸易区福利效应,最后提出了我国利用自贸区政策发挥福利效应采取的应对措施。

With the Doha Round fell into deadlock again and again,the development of multilateral free trade was hindered.Like various countries of the world,China promotes the setup of free trade area to the strategic position.In this paper,I first make a review of free trade area established for recent years in China,and then make an analysis on the welfare effects of free trade area from theoretical and practical levels,and finally propose that we should utilize free trade area to make full use of welfare effects.
