北宋熙寧年間政府機構改革述論

On the Reform of Political Institutions in the Year 1069 of Northern Song Dynasty

北宋熙宁二年（1069）王安石执政，在注重理财的同时，对中央及地方政府机构多有改革。中书的改造，主要通过设立编修中书条例司和中书检正官。地方的改革，重点在察访司的设置，通过检正官一总於中书。改革后，机构紧凑，效率提高。

In the year 1069,Wang Anshi was in the ascendant in the count. Besides managing finances,he also reformed the central or local governmental system highly increasing the efficiency of government. The reform of zhongshu(中書)was based on the establishment of zhongshu tiaolisi(中書條例司)and zhongshu jianzhengguan(中書檢 正官),while the local reform was mainly shown as the founding of chafangsi(察訪司),which subordinated to zhongshu through jianzhengguan(檢正官).
