c-myc癌基因蛋白在乳腺囊性增生病和乳腺癌中的表达

Expression of c myc oncogene protein in cystic hyperplasia of breast and breast cancer

目的：探讨ｃ－ｍｙｃ基因产物在乳腺不典型增生和乳腺癌中的变化及其意义。方法：用ＡＢＣ免疫组化法检测正常乳腺、乳腺囊性增生病不典型增生和乳腺癌细胞ｃ－ｍｙｃ基因产物表达。结果：正常乳腺上皮细胞和乳腺囊性增生病上皮增生Ⅰ级者均无ｃ－ｍｙｃ癌基因蛋白表达。不典型增生和乳腺癌组织分化Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级中ｃ－ｍｙｃ癌基因蛋白染色阳性率分别为１５．０％、３８．５％、６４．３％和６９．２％。结论：ｃ－ｍｙｃ基因的异常改变可能是部分不典型增生细胞异常增生的原因或促进因素，是乳腺上皮细胞向恶性转化的标志之一。

Objective: To observe the changes of c myc oncogene protein in atypical hyperplasia of the breast and breast cancer and explore their significance. Methods: The expression of c myc protein in the normal tissue of the breast and the tissues of atypical hyperplasia, cystic hyperplasia and cancer of the breast was determined with immunohistochemistry. Results: No expression of c myc protein was found in the tissues of normal breast and cystic hyperplasia of the breast with epithelial proliferation grade I. The positive rates of the expression of c myc protein in the tissues of atypical hyperplasia and cancer of the breast with histological classification grades I, II and III were 15.0%, 38.5%, 64.3% and 69.2% respectively. Conclusion: The abnormal changes of c myc protein might be the result or promoting factor of abnormal proliferation of atypical hyperplasia of the breast and is one of the markers of malignant transformation of the breast epithelium.
