摘要
在分析人力资本及其管理的基础上,阐述了图书馆人力资本研究的现实意义,指出了图书馆人力资本管理是个人、组织、社会的协同行为。社会提供人力资本的需求环境,组织提供人力资本发展的空间与条件,采取措施规避人力资本投资风险,个人在内外因的协同作用下,实现人力资本的保值与增值,反作用于组织和社会。
The importance of studying human capital in libraries was discussed based on an analysis of human eapital and its management. It was pointed out that human capital management in libraries was a coordinative behavior of individuals, organizations and society, in which the society provides the environment for human capital needs, organizations provide the development space and conditions for human capital and take measures to avoid its investment risks, while individuals achieve the value-preservation and value-addition of human capital under the coordinative action of both internal and external causes, which would in turn react on the organizations and society.
