摘要
目的:建立消除细胞图像的斑点缝隙噪声方法;方法:采用灰度倒数加权法以消除缝隙噪声,收缩再扩张法以消除斑点噪声,达到光滑细胞边缘之目的。结果:消除了人外周血淋巴细胞微核图像的斑点缝隙噪声。结论:其实验结果较令人满意,并且该方法可用于其它图像噪声消除的处理。
Objective: To seek a method to eliminate the spot and crack noise in the image of cells. Methods: In the imaging of human lymphocytes, the back weight method and contract expand method were employed to wipe off the role noise and crack noise respectively. Results: The spot and crack noise in the imaging of human lymphocytes was eliminated by these methods. Conclusion: The results are satisfactory and these two methods can be used in imaging of other subjects.
