水泥桥环氧沥青防水粘结层制备及性能

Preparation and Performance of Epoxy Bitumen Waterproof Bonding Coat for Cement Bridge

针对水泥桥铺装设计制备了环氧沥青防水粘结层材料。该文阐述了:通过室内试验,考察了材料的拉拔强度、剪切强度、渗水性和拉伸强度等各项性能,并模拟水泥桥面铺装考察了环氧沥青防水粘结层各项应用性能和影响因素。试验结果表明了环氧沥青是水泥桥面铺装的极佳防水粘结层材料。

Aiming at the pavement of cement bridges,the epoxy bitumen waterproof bonding coat is deigned to prepare.The article sets forth the indoor experimentation to investigate various performances of the drawing strength,shearing strength,seepage and extension strength,and to simulate the cement deck pavement to investigate various application performances and influence factors of epoxy bitumen waterproof bonding coat.The experimental result shows that the epoxy bitumen is the extremely excellent waterproof bonding coat material for the pavement of cement bridge deck.
