摘要
福海立交FH2匝道桥为上跨沪昆铁路和南二环高架桥,上部结构采用37m+45m+37m连续钢箱梁。该工程吊装遇到钢箱梁起重重量大、吊装场地狭窄、受铁路和城市道路保通压力等难题。该文介绍了解决上述难题的办法:经现场测量与吊车工况计算分析,采用CC2500履带吊车分段吊装连续钢箱梁的施工工艺,设置临时支架高空拼接,从而使该连续钢箱梁整体焊接合格后落梁。
Fuhai Interchange FH2 Ramp Bridge is an elevated bridge over-passing Hukun Railway and South No.2 Ring.Its upper structure is 37 m+45 m+37 m continuous steel box beam.The difficulties of heavy lifting weight of steel box beam,narrow hoisting site,and traffic pressures of railway and urban roads in the course of its hoisting.The article introduces the method to solve the above difficulties.After the field measures and the calculation and analysis of the crane working condition,the construction technology of CC2500 crawler crane to hoist the continuous steel box beam by sections is adopted and the temporary overhead bracket is installed to assemble the beam so as to make this continuous steel box beam integrally welded up to grade and to complete.
