船舶港口国检查的滞留原因分析

Causes of Detention of Ships under PSC Inspection

为了提高航运公司船舶管理水平,提升船舶安全航行系数,有效降低海事事故风险,并顺利通过港口国监督检查,对近年船舶港口国检查(Port State Control,PSC)滞留信息进行了研究,进而总结出滞留船舶缺陷的内在关联性或规律性信息。为此,从滞留缺陷及影响因素数据入手,运用关联规则挖掘技术分别对不同类型、不同船龄船舶的PSC检查滞留数据进行研究,通过频繁项集和关联规则的方式来挖掘船舶滞留缺陷的潜在规律。研究结果表明,运用关联规则挖掘技术对船舶滞留缺陷进行研究,能够准确、直观地总结出影响船舶滞留因素间的关联性。

The information about detention of ships under PSC inspection is studied to improve the maintenance of ships so as to effectively raise the safe navigation coefficient,reduce accident risks,and pass the PSC inspection without delay.Association rule technique is applied to carry out the deficiency analysis in passing PSC inspection.Search for frequent item sets and association rules to express the inherent law of PSC inspection is tried.This study presents a more accurate and intuitive way to describe the association of data.
