摘要
2009年冬季严寒天气,中国渤海、黄海北部海上大面积结冰,海上冰况为近三十年来最严重的一年。欧洲易北河也发生几十年未见的严重冰冻。对当地的海上石油生产、交通运输、渔业养殖等活动造成严重影响。2004年1月份作者在波罗的海芬兰湾曾经历了严重的冰区航行,今年1月份又随万箱船在欧洲易北河遇到严重浮冰,在冰区航行和靠离冰冻码头方面,积累了一些实践操船经验,撰写冰区航行与靠离泊安全,供同仁参考。
In the winter of 2009,there was a big iced area in China＇s Bohai and Yellow Sea,and the ice condition is the most serious for the last thirty years.Same situation happened in European Elbe River,which impacted seriously on petroleum production,shipping and aquaculture in that area.The author has been to the bay of Finland in January 2004 and undergoing navigating in a serious ice region.I also had the condition of serious floating ice in European Elbe by 10k TEU type vessel in January this year.Some experiences obtained from practice of navigating,berthing and un-berthing safety in ice are introduced.
