东亚货币合作进程中美国因素探析

The American Factor in Monetary Cooperation of East Asia

本文通过纵向地考察美国在东亚货币合作进程中政策转变的历史,分析了美国在东亚货币合作中的战略诉求以及美国在东亚货币合作中的角色定位,得出结论:东亚货币合作进程中美国的因素仍将长期存在,东亚货币合作不可能摆脱美国的影响而建立起一个封闭的东亚货币共同体。东亚国家之间的货币合作应该在不触及美国关键利益的前提下谨慎行事,东亚货币合作只有保持一种相对开放的合作状态才利于其向前发展。

In this paper, we examine changes in interest in the East Asian monetary cooperation process by longitudinal way, analyze of the U.S＇ strategy in East Asian monetary cooperation in East Asia, its demands and role. The conclusion is as follows： U.S＇ factors will continue to exist for a long time in the East Asia monetary cooperation process, and monetary cooperation in East Asia can not shake off the influence of the United States to establish a closed community of East Asian currencies. East Asian countries should not touch the vital interests of the United States under the premise of caution. Therefore, only by maintaining a relatively open state of monetary cooperation, will it be beneficial to the development of East Asian monetary cooperation.
