金融稳定是现代社会中政治经济的决定过程,实质上反映了金融利益的不一致性与政治经济均衡的演化过程。这种政治—经济均衡的维持或破裂,主要取决于金融稳定实现过程中政治体制及其决策结构与经济机制的作用关系及其力度的大小。中国金融体系的稳定深受政治—经济体制和决策结构的影响和制约,成为采用新政治经济学理论研究金融稳定的现实基础。影响中国金融稳定的关键在于经济转轨进程中现行体制或格局下政治—经济主体之间的不对称影响及其利益联结和共生态势下的脆弱性制度结构和制度安排。

Financial Stability is the process determined by politics and economy in modern society, which reflects inconsistency of financial interest and evolution process of equilibrium in politics and economy in essence. Maintenance and rupture of financial equilibrium in politics and economy, mainly depend on interaction relation and strength of political system, decision-making structure and economic mechanism while realizing financial stability. The key affecting financial stability in China is the fragile systemic structure and institutional arrange- ment that mainly includes asymmetric influence among political entities and economic entities, its combination of interest and co-existence situations in current system or situation during the process of economic transition.
