摘要
介绍了两种应用于影像测量系统的精密图像校正及其实现方法;不同的系统校正方法不同时所需要特征点的不同,需要设计并制作精密的标靶件作为比对参照对象,根据系统需求研发设计了两种精密校正样板,并介绍其使用方法;在此基础上,介绍了两种校正方法的基本校正原理及其算法。触摸式投影仪中,采用单筒显微镜头,其成像畸变较小,采用非线性的精密校正方法校正后,其重复测量精度为2μm.大视场影像测量仪中,采用线性校正方法,仪器重复测量精度为10μm,采用非线性校正的方法补偿了镜头的成像畸变后,重复测量精度为2 m以上;以上实验表明,两种精密校正方法的应用提高了仪器的检测精度。
In this paper,two calibration methods used on vision measuring system are introduced.Different matching character points are acquired according to the system requirement and the selected calibration way.It's necessary to get precise standard target for image antithesis and calibration.Two precise calibration template objects are designed and its' using way are introduced.In this base,two calibration methods algorithm are designed.In the touch screen vision measuring machine,which the lens with low distortion is used on,the measuring accuracy arrives 2 ūm after the linear calibration has been done.In the OVMS,the measuring accuracy arrives beyond 2 ūm after the non-linear calibration has been done.It can only arrive 10 um if the linear calibration way is used because of the lens distortion.All these experiments show that the calibration methods impove the instrument's measuring accuracy.
