摘要
目的探讨藻酸双酯钠(PSS)对肺炎病儿细胞黏附分子表达的影响。②方法采用ELISA法,检测了应用PSS治疗前后肺炎病儿外周血白细胞CD18的表达、血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)和可溶性血管细胞间黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)浓度的变化。③结果肺炎病儿外周血白细胞CD18表达、sICAM-1和sVCAM-1浓度明显增高,与对照组比较差异均有极显著性(t=6.270~9.882,P均<0.001)。应用PSS治疗后白细胞CD18表达、sICAM-1和sVCAM-1明显降低,与治疗前和普通治疗组比较差异均有极显著意义(t=7.552~69.930,P均<0.001)。④结论PSS能明显降低肺炎病儿细胞黏附分子表达。

Objective \ To explore the effects of polysaccharide sulfate(PSS) on the expression of cell
adhesion molecules in children with pneumonia.\ Methods \ By using enzymelinked
immunosorbent assay(ELISA), the leukocyte CD18 expression, the concentrations of serum
soluble intercellular adhesion molecule1(sICAM1) and soluble vascular cell adhesion
molecule1(sVCAM1) were measured in children with pneumonia before and after treatment with
PSS. \ Results \ The leukocyte CD18 expression, sICAM1 and sVCAM1 concentrations were
significantly higher in pneumonia children than those in controls(t=6.270-9.882, P<0.001), and
these indicators in pneumonia children after treatment with PSS were significantly lower than
those before treatment and those with common treatment(t=7.552-69.930, P<0.001).\ Conclusion
\ PSS could markedly decrease the expression of cell adhesion molecules in children with
pneumonia. \
