随着科学技术的突飞猛进和经济发展的强大推动,高速加工机床、刀具技术和相关技术迅速进步,使高速切削加工技术应用于航空、航天、汽车、模具和机床等行业中,尤其足高速铣削和高速车削发展神速。高速切削加工技术能大大减少切削工时,提高生产效率和加工质量。本文详细介绍了高速切削加工技术的概念与特点、关键技术、主要应用领域和发展动向。
With the development of science and technology, the machine and cutting tool technology in high speed processing develop rapidly, especially in high speed cutting. The high speed cutting technology is widely applied in aviation, automobile, mould and machine tool industry. It can largely reduce cutting time, increase production efficiency and improve processing quality. The basic conception and features, key technology, main application field and development trend of high speed cutting are introduced in detail in this paper.
