摘要
本文介绍一种基于Map模型的随形毛坯模型建立方法。首先获取待加工曲面离散后的三角片模型信息,考虑毛坯余量和球刀半径形成加工曲面的刀位面模型,根据刀位面模型构造zMap模型,随后按一定规则将zMap模型三角化.从而得到加工曲面的随形毛坯模型。该方法已在作者所在实验室开发的CAM软件中得到实现并达到了预期效果。
The thesis introduces a method for creating a surface stock of the cutting faces based on the ZMap model. Firstly, getting the triangles data of the disperseing cutting Faces and constructing the ZMap model through the tool surface model that has considered the stock margin and the radius of the ball cutter. Then to link the neighbor points of the ZMap model to triangles that are used to describe the surface stock of the cutting faces. This method is implemented in the CAM software developed by the laboratory of the author and the result meets the expected effect.
