摘要
从分析慢走丝线切割加工工艺中主要电参数的作用特点出发,阐明放电电流峰值.脉冲宽度、脉冲间隔、开路电压等主要电参数对加工质量的影响。结合正交试验结果,讨论了电加工参数的选取,针对试验中的开裂问题分析了原因,提出了一系列的改进措施。
From the character of main electronic parameters in NC low-speed WEDM, the effect of main electronic parameters, discharge current peak, pulsewidth, pulse spacing and open-circuitvoltage on machining qualitywas analyzed. Combination of orthogonal test results, to discuss the selection of the electrical process parameters. The cracking problem for the test analysis of the reasons put forward a series of improvement measures.
