可重构模具的研究与应用

摘要 可重构模具是一种先进的金属材料成形技术,文中详细介绍了国内外多点成形技术的研究现状,分析了多点成形技术的基本原理和工艺特点。并介绍了多点成形技术在客车车身骨架生产上应用,对多品种。小批量曲面零件生产和成形技术的研究与开发具有指导意义。 The reconfigurable die is one of the advanced metal blank forming technologies. The current researches of the reconfigurable die technologies were introduced in detail. The fundamental principle and process feature were analyzed. Meanwhile, the application in body frame of coach was represented especially. The technology will instruct the research and development of the versatile and small-lot parts production, forming technology.
