口服抗高血压药应用分析

Utilization of Oral Antihypertensive Drugs in Our Hospital between 2006 and 2008

目的:了解大冶市武钢矿业公司金山店铁矿职工医院口服抗高血压的应用现状及趋势,为临床用药提供参考。方法:对2006—2008年我院口服抗高血压药种类、用量、销售金额、用药频度、日均费用等进行统计、分析。结果:我院口服抗高血压药销售金额呈逐年上升趋势;钙通道阻滞剂、复方制剂及血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂销售金额占前3位。用药频度及销售金额排序列第1位的均为硝苯地平。结论:我院口服抗高血压药应用合理,基本符合目前的抗高血压用药原则。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the current status and the tendency of the application of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital for clinical references of rational administration of antihypertensive agents. METHODS ： The utilization of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital from 2006 to 2008 was analyzed statistically in respect of the drug varieties, consumption quantity, consumption sum, DDDs, DDC etc. RESULTS： The consumption sum of oral antihypertensive agents in our hospital increased year by year. Calcium antagonist, compound preparation and angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor ranked among the top three places in terms of consumption sum from 2006 to 2008. Nifedipine occupied the first place on both DDDs list and consumption sum list. CONCLUSION： The use of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital is reasonable and basically in line with the current medication principle of antihypertensive drugs.
