摘要
引入平衡计分卡理论,结合化工项目的特点,从企业战略角度出发,将化工项目综合评价分为四个维度,即经济效益、广义顾客、内部运营和学习与发展,通过对四个维度相互间因果关系进行系统动力学机制分析,建立化工项目综合评价模型,为化工企业项目综合评价提供一个全新视角。
The article evaluated the chemical industry projects from four dimensions by applying the balanced scorecard theory： economic effectiveness,general customers,internal operation and internal development. Through the systematical dynamics mechanism analysis for the causal relationship of the four dimensions,the chemical industry project evaluation model was established,which provides a new vision for chemical industry projects evaluation.
