Science and technology service industry is an important component of modern service industry. In recent years,it is a newly developed industry in every part of our country. The article takes Heping District,Tianjin as an example to analyze the strength,weakness,opportunity and threat of the science and technology service industry of Heping based on SWOT analysis. The paper also brings forward the corresponding development tactics in the purpose of being some help to the builders.
