摘要
上谏是组织中由下而上的一种意见或建议的传达方式。首先阐述了上谏的重要性,然后对以往研究进行了总结,包括上谏的概念、上谏的三个研究视角、上谏意愿的影响因素及上谏策略,在此基础上提出了研究的局限和对未来研究的展望。
Issue selling is a way to put up suggestion from downward to upward in organizations. The article clarified the importance of issue selling,and had a review on previous researches including the concept of issue selling,the three research perspectives,the influence factors on issue selling and selling strategies. At last it also put up its limitations of pre-vious researches and direction for future researches.
