知识产权评估的竞争优势法评析

Analysis on the Competitive Advantage Method for Intellectual Property Valuation

结合实例给出Ted Hagelin提出的知识产权评估的竞争优势法。该评估方法以含被估知识产权的产品、方法或者服务为载体依据被许可企业的会计报表提供输入参数,计算该载体因获得知识产权许可而增加市场份额、价格等竞争优势从而量化该载体的竞争优势后,进一步分析该载体所得利润中相应类型如技术、声誉或运营知识产权的权重,计算出被估知识产权的价值。最后分析该方法存在的不足。

In this paper,the valuation method named competitive advantage valuation method for the intellectual property is illustrated with an example. The method selects the object product which embodies the intellectual property product, process or service to be valuated. Then the input index from the patentee’s income sheet can be obtained. The increment of market share or price,which presents the competitive advantage due to the license,can be calculated. Thus the weight of different intellectual property including the technology,reputation and operation can be obtained. The value of the licensed intellectual property can be calculated. On the other hand,the defection of the method can also be illustrated.
